It all started at a small farmers market in rural Vermont, where two passionate farmers — Maya and Tom — watched customers walk past their heirloom potato display without a second glance. They knew something had to change.

The First Stall 🥔
Maya and Tom set up their first farmers market stall in Burlington, Vermont, with just 12 heirloom potato varieties and a hand-painted sign. Customers were curious, and the seeds of something bigger were planted.
Going Online 🌐
Potato Market launched its online store, making it possible for potato lovers across the country to order heirloom varieties, specialty flakes, and farming tools delivered right to their door. First week: 47 orders. We were overjoyed.
50 Farm Partners 🤝
We reached a milestone we'd only dreamed of — partnering with over 50 certified organic farms across North America. Each farm was hand-selected for their commitment to sustainable practices, soil health, and potato diversity.
Recipe Community Launches 📖
We launched our community recipe hub, inviting home cooks and chefs to share their favorite potato creations. Within six months, we had over 500 recipes and a passionate community of contributors who truly love the spud.
